About the role

  • Conduct diagnostic (discovery) meetings with qualified leads.
  • Present solutions strategically, connecting them to the client's pain points.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting within the CRM.
  • Perform structured follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in consultative B2B sales (closer or sales executive).
  • Fluent Spanish (required) for conducting calls, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ability to structure and run a complete sales process (diagnosis → proposal → closing).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiations.
