About the role
- Conduct diagnostic (discovery) meetings with qualified leads.
- Present solutions strategically, connecting them to the client's pain points.
- Prepare proposals and manage negotiations through to closing.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting within the CRM.
- Perform structured follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Focus on conversion and the quality of opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in consultative B2B sales (closer or sales executive).
- Fluent Spanish (required) for conducting calls, presentations, and negotiations.
- Ability to structure and run a complete sales process (diagnosis → proposal → closing).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiations.
