About the role

  • Prospect and engage potential clients (clinics and healthcare professionals) via email, phone, social media and other channels.
  • Qualify leads according to the ideal profile and prepare the path to conversion: understand needs, context and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Nurture and follow up with leads, maintaining relationships with empathy and professionalism.
  • Record and manage interactions and data in the CRM/automation system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize messaging, funnels and results.
