About the role
- Diagnostic and closing calls using a structured method (CTC + scripts)
- Pipeline management: new, warm, cold and older leads + constant follow-up
- Reactivate past database / lost opportunities / maximize accumulated leads
- Strict CRM maintenance + interaction logging + revenue forecasting
- Meet closing, conversion and recovery targets (weekly/monthly)
Requirements
- Reside in Belo Horizonte (BH) or the metropolitan area
- Availability for future on-site work
- Previous experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
- Clear, assertive communication
- High level of discipline and organization
- Emotional resilience to handle objections
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems
- Hunter mentality: proactively works the existing database, doesn’t wait for new leads
