About the role
- Create and maintain the customer engagement program.
- Monitor at-risk customers and take action before churn.
- Track and improve the customer journey.
- Identify upsell/upgrade opportunities.
- Consistently generate referrals.
- Proactively anticipate renewals.
- Turn customer results into case studies and social proof.
- Provide strategic content for marketing.
- Lead and develop the post-sales team.

Requirements
- Proven experience in post-sales, Customer Success (CS), engagement, or retention.
- Ability to work with data, metrics, and KPIs.
- Strategic vision to create programs and systems, not just one-off actions.
- Ability to identify upsell/upgrade, renewal, and referral opportunities.
- Experience converting customer results into case studies and social proof.
- Experience leading teams and structuring processes.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Clear communication and strong client relationship skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and growth-oriented profile.
