About the role

  • Create and maintain the customer engagement program.
  • Monitor at-risk customers and take action before churn.

  • Ability to identify upsell/upgrade, renewal, and referral opportunities.
  • Experience converting customer results into case studies and social proof.
  • Experience leading teams and structuring processes.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Clear communication and strong client relationship skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and growth-oriented profile.
