About the role
- Conduct active prospecting and initial conversations with potential clients.
- Qualify leads (inbound and outbound), understanding needs, profile, and potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Monitor the pipeline in the CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date.
- Conduct qualification calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing.
- Ensure consistency in the funnel, handling approximately 10 inbound leads/day plus outbound flows.
- Work with discipline, pace, and focus on daily and weekly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months in sales, commercial service, or as an SDR.
- Experience with online sales is a strong advantage.
- Skills in active prospecting, qualification, and commercial communication.
- Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive or Kommo).
- Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, Api4com, Google Drive, Meet, MindMeister/Miro.
- Organized pipeline management and activity logging.
