About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting and initial conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads (inbound and outbound), understanding needs, profile, and potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Monitor the pipeline in the CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date.
  • Conduct qualification calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing.
  • Ensure consistency in the funnel, handling approximately 10 inbound leads/day plus outbound flows.
  • Work with discipline, pace, and focus on daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months in sales, commercial service, or as an SDR.
  • Experience with online sales is a strong advantage.
  • Skills in active prospecting, qualification, and commercial communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive or Kommo).
  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, Api4com, Google Drive, Meet, MindMeister/Miro.
  • Organized pipeline management and activity logging.
