- Daily active prospecting via the company's Instagram Direct messages
- Responding to and qualifying inbound leads
- Conducting sales meetings and closing deals
- Proactive scheduling and confirmation of meetings to reduce no-shows
- Structured, persistent, and professional follow-up
- Rigorous organization and upkeep of the CRM
- Management of commercial data and metrics

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- 2–3 years of sales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Assertive, confident, and proactive profile
- Emotional resilience and goal-oriented focus
- Sales agility and discipline
- Completion of Full Sales System course or other relevant sales training
- Experience with consultative selling or high-ticket services
