About the role
- Develop clients' marketing strategy, considering the business stage, goals and challenges
- Analyze the full funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty)
- Direct strategic initiatives that go beyond paid traffic (content, campaigns, offers, retention)
- Analyze metrics and performance indicators to inform decisions
- Connect marketing to real business results (revenue, average order value, and recurring revenue)
- Participate in strategy meetings, consulting deliverables, and debriefings
- Work in partnership with Paid Traffic and Customer Success teams
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable directives
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- Strategic marketing vision (not just operational)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Understanding of marketing and performance funnels
- Strong communication skills for direct client interaction
- Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibility
- Curious, inquisitive, and impact-driven profile
- Previous experience in digital marketing or strategic consulting (Junior, Mid-level/Pleno, or Senior)
