About the role
- Manage relationships within a portfolio of clients
- Participate in WhatsApp groups providing support and guidance
- Organize and track requests between clients and the internal team
- Ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth communication
- Identify upsell opportunities with a focus on value generation
- Act as the strategic bridge between client expectations and the team's deliverables
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, customer service, or client relationship roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Proactive, with a leadership mindset and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable using tools such as ClickUp and Excel
- Fluent in Portuguese
