About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle post-sales journey as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Conduct recurring touchpoints focused on relationship building, alignment and retention
  • Act strategically on renewals, upsells, cross-sells and downsells, always respecting the client’s context
  • Provide pleasant, consultative, solution-oriented service
  • Record, organize and track all customer interactions
  • Produce clear relationship and follow-up reports with a strategic perspective
  • Monitor and proactively act on metrics such as NPS, churn, retention and customer satisfaction
  • Identify risks, opportunities and bottlenecks in the customer experience and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Execution-oriented, organized and proactive profile
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent demands
  • Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and KPIs
  • Strong sense of priorities and responsibility for deadlines
  • Availability:
  • Monday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Computer or laptop with basic/medium specifications for work
