About the role
- Manage the full-cycle post-sales journey as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct recurring touchpoints focused on relationship building, alignment and retention
- Act strategically on renewals, upsells, cross-sells and downsells, always respecting the client’s context
- Provide pleasant, consultative, solution-oriented service
- Record, organize and track all customer interactions
- Produce clear relationship and follow-up reports with a strategic perspective
- Monitor and proactively act on metrics such as NPS, churn, retention and customer satisfaction
- Identify risks, opportunities and bottlenecks in the customer experience and propose improvements
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Execution-oriented, organized and proactive profile
- Ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent demands
- Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and KPIs
- Strong sense of priorities and responsibility for deadlines
- Availability:
- Monday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Computer or laptop with basic/medium specifications for work
