About the role
- Active prospecting and advanced lead qualification (outbound and inbound)
- Leading strategic conversations with decision-makers
- Conducting in-depth diagnostics of prospects' needs and pain points
- Scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team
- Building and optimizing cadences, scripts, and outreach approaches
- Efficient management of CRM, data, and conversion metrics
- Generating insights and recommendations to improve the funnel
- Training, supporting, and mentoring more junior SDRs when needed
- Increasing the predictability and quality of the sales pipeline
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, in pre-sales, or in B2B prospecting
- Ability to conduct high-level commercial conversations with decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with prospecting metrics
- High level of organization, process management, and operational discipline
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
- Clear communication, persuasive skills, and emotional intelligence
- Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools
- Target-oriented profile with a track record of strong results
- Experience with digital marketing, agencies, or B2B services (preferred)
- Execution of high-performance multichannel cadences (preferred)
- Ability to map new opportunities and test new strategies (preferred)
