About the role
- Thorough screening of resumes according to the defined profile
- Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn and other channels)
- Mapping and identification of suitable talent
- Organization of the candidate pipeline and status tracking
- Updating systems, spreadsheets, and process records
- Direct support to the recruiters responsible for interviews
- Meeting deadlines and standards defined by Relou
Requirements
- Genuine interest in recruitment and selection
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional written communication
- Responsible, disciplined approach with commitment to deadlines
- Comfortable handling large volumes of information
- Willingness to learn methods, processes, and quality standards
- Previous experience with resume screening or candidate hunting (plus)
- Experience with marketing, technology, or digital roles (plus)
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or outsourced HR environment (plus)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search (plus)
