About the role
- Support the planning and execution of content strategies
- Create and maintain editorial calendars and production schedules
- Produce content aligned with brands' tone of voice and positioning
- Schedule, monitor, and engage on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar platforms)
- Track engagement, performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Write copy for different formats and channels
- Support approval workflows, deadlines, and influencer relationships
- Collect basic performance data and support reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
- Experience in content production and social media management
- Strong knowledge of copywriting and adapting language by channel
- Good writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client service
- Experience with influencer marketing
