About the role

  • Lead and develop the high-ticket sales executives team.
  • Set, monitor, and ensure ambitious monthly targets.
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings with clear direction and an action-oriented focus.
  • Analyze the pipeline and anticipate outcomes — act before issues arise.
  • Ensure impeccable CRM management (cadence, records, updates).
  • Create and monitor individual development plans.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading consultative sales teams
  • Strong presence, with the ability to guide, hold accountable, and develop team members
  • Proficiency with CRM, cadences, and pipeline metrics
  • Fast-paced work style, analytical mindset, and ability to anticipate results
  • Familiarity with aesthetic healthcare clientele (strong plus)
  • Clear, assertive, and action-oriented communication skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and absolute focus on performance
