About the role
- Lead and develop the high-ticket sales executives team.
- Set, monitor, and ensure ambitious monthly targets.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with clear direction and an action-oriented focus.
- Analyze the pipeline and anticipate outcomes — act before issues arise.
- Ensure impeccable CRM management (cadence, records, updates).
- Create and monitor individual development plans.
- Raise the team's technical, behavioral, and strategic standards.
- Identify opportunities and bottlenecks and drive rapid corrective actions.
- Report results, risks, and action plans accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize flow, conversion, and revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales
- Demonstrated track record of leading consultative sales teams
- Strong presence, with the ability to guide, hold accountable, and develop team members
- Proficiency with CRM, cadences, and pipeline metrics
- Fast-paced work style, analytical mindset, and ability to anticipate results
- Familiarity with aesthetic healthcare clientele (strong plus)
- Clear, assertive, and action-oriented communication skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and absolute focus on performance
