About the role

  • Organize and record all financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Issue and track invoices.
  • Structure and keep accounting and tax documentation up to date.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support analyses of new projects and investments.
  • Manage risk and control delinquent accounts.
  • Provide administrative and financial support via WhatsApp when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Practical experience with financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, invoice issuance, reconciliation).
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial functions).
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, proactive, and with strong communication skills.
