About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for the entire B2B sales process – from first contact to closing
- You identify potential customers (outbound & inbound) and convince them of the value our platform provides — in Germany, across Europe and, prospectively, in the USA
- You present our software solutions (e.g., white‑label landing page, AI booking funnel, Relofair CRM) in clear, benefit‑oriented demos
- You work closely with the founding team on scalable sales processes and actively contribute your ideas
- You document your activities in the CRM and analyze KPIs to optimize your pipeline using data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a SaaS or platform environment
- Strong at closing deals, confident communicator, able to build trust with both traditional and modern customer groups
- Structured, solution‑oriented, with a clear focus on growth
- Digitally savvy and able to explain modern tools in an accessible way
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1). Additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese are a plus — especially given our European and international expansion plans.
