About the role

Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine and execute the product vision and strategy, focusing on backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement of platform features
Align cross-team product strategies, drive experimentation, and ensure successful product launches to market
Manage backlog and lead sprint planning: prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow across development cycles
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); track development progress, market release strategies, and sales targets, providing regular reports
Develop and present short-term and long-term plans that align with business goals and secure executive leadership approval
Translate business needs into actionable roadmaps reflecting business requirements and customer needs
Engage with stakeholders including customers, prospects, executives, sales, marketing, customer success, service, and support to understand and enhance product value
Leverage development, UX, and marketing teams to achieve objectives without direct reports
Collaborate throughout the product life cycle from strategy and planning to QA and post-launch activities
Make data-driven decisions using metrics, data, and user research to inform choices and justify decisions
Be adaptable and take on roles necessary to guide products from concept to successful launch

8+ Years professional experience
5+ years of software product management experience
Strong track record of successfully conceiving, developing, and launching products or features from ground zero (0 to 1)
Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver
Be able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Proven Leadership skills to move between leader, facilitator, and contributor roles
Ability to act as a model product manager for the organization
Experience building, launching, and expanding B2B2C platforms is a plus
Experience working with platforms that have AI integration is strongly desired
Experience as a growth product manager is a plus
Experience in building products to facilitate product led growth is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Understand relevant technologies (PHP, MySQL, Laravel, *.js) and architectures
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a background investigation, credit check and drug test required
