About the role
- Support the social presence across the Swiss market.
- Plan, publish, and optimise content across multiple platforms and brands.
- Write compelling, localised copy for posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video scripts.
- Schedule, publish, and QA content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Facebook).
- Monitor comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms during work hours.
- Respond to users using an on-brand voice and customer-first approach.
- Conduct trend research, cultural insights, and competitor monitoring.
- Track basic platform metrics and audience insights.
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance snapshots (reach, engagement, sentiment, community activity).
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speaker, ideally with understanding of Swiss-German nuances.
- 1–2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content roles.
- Strong familiarity with major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, Discord.
- Background in digital entertainment, iGaming, or sports culture is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional spelling and grammar in German; confident communication in English.
- Basic experience with scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar).
- A trend-spotting mindset curious about memes, formats, creators, and cultural moments.
- Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
