Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reliable Controls Buying Group program
Ensure that our authorized dealer network experiences seamless and efficient services
Lead the Customer Care team, fostering an environment that encourages consistent and exceptional service and support
Manage and grow relationships with buying group partners to drive performance and long-term value
Lead quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities for growth, alignment, and improved collaboration
Oversee buying group pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure accuracy and consistency
Resolve complex operational issues related to pricing, supply, tariffs, and order fulfillment
Work closely with the VP of Supply Chain to develop and execute strategic initiatives
Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and accountability structures for the Customer Care team
Coach and support team members to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience
Ensure clear, proactive communication with dealers on pricing, availability, and lead times
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 -8 + years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or vendor/partner management
Strong experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and commercial agreements
Proven ability to lead a customer-facing or operations team
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience working with ERP or order management systems
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
A high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
