About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reliable Controls Buying Group program
- Ensure that our authorized dealer network experiences seamless and efficient services
- Lead the Customer Care team, fostering an environment that encourages consistent and exceptional service and support
- Manage and grow relationships with buying group partners to drive performance and long-term value
- Lead quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities for growth, alignment, and improved collaboration
- Oversee buying group pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Resolve complex operational issues related to pricing, supply, tariffs, and order fulfillment
- Work closely with the VP of Supply Chain to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and accountability structures for the Customer Care team
- Coach and support team members to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience
- Ensure clear, proactive communication with dealers on pricing, availability, and lead times
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 -8 + years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or vendor/partner management
- Strong experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Proven ability to lead a customer-facing or operations team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with ERP or order management systems
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
- A high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
