About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reliable Controls Buying Group program
  • Ensure that our authorized dealer network experiences seamless and efficient services
  • Lead the Customer Care team, fostering an environment that encourages consistent and exceptional service and support
  • Manage and grow relationships with buying group partners to drive performance and long-term value
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities for growth, alignment, and improved collaboration
  • Oversee buying group pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Resolve complex operational issues related to pricing, supply, tariffs, and order fulfillment
  • Work closely with the VP of Supply Chain to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and accountability structures for the Customer Care team
  • Coach and support team members to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience
  • Ensure clear, proactive communication with dealers on pricing, availability, and lead times
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 -8 + years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or vendor/partner management
  • Strong experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Proven ability to lead a customer-facing or operations team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working with ERP or order management systems
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
  • A high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
