About the role

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes for technology positions.
  • Hold meetings with hiring managers to align on role profiles, technical requirements, and expectations.
  • Perform sourcing and hunting using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Draft job descriptions, conduct behavioral interviews and general-level technical screenings, manage the candidate pipeline, and ensure continuous communication.
  • Apply Talent Acquisition best practices, support the development of KPIs and reports, work on internal projects, and participate in employer branding initiatives and technology events.
  • Conduct interviews and communications in English when required.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting for technology roles.
  • Experience with sourcing and hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience supporting the design of recruitment KPIs and reports.
  • Experience working on internal projects, employer branding, and technology events.
  • Advanced English.
