About the role
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for technology positions.
- Hold meetings with hiring managers to align on role profiles, technical requirements, and expectations.
- Perform sourcing and hunting using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Draft job descriptions, conduct behavioral interviews and general-level technical screenings, manage the candidate pipeline, and ensure continuous communication.
- Apply Talent Acquisition best practices, support the development of KPIs and reports, work on internal projects, and participate in employer branding initiatives and technology events.
- Conduct interviews and communications in English when required.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting for technology roles.
- Experience with sourcing and hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience supporting the design of recruitment KPIs and reports.
- Experience working on internal projects, employer branding, and technology events.
- Advanced English.
