Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior AI-native builder with strong customer focus and product judgment
Uses AI daily to decompose problems, orchestrate coding agents, and verify output
Thinks like a product owner and focuses on customer outcomes
Comfortable across the full stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems
Understands distributed systems fundamentals
Ships continuously while balancing speed and quality
Takes evaluations, on-call responsibilities, and root-cause fixes seriously
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work in small teams
Experience with React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Vercel, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AI coding tools is relevant; exact stack experience is not required
Willingness or eligibility to relocate to Australia with employer sponsorship available
