About the role
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for products, features, and key initiatives. Ensure launches are informed by customer insights and aligned with business goals
- Contribute to research efforts to understand user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics. Translate insights into clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning for internal and external audiences
- Partner with Product, Brand, and Growth to craft product and brand narratives that communicate value and differentiation. Maintain consistent messaging across customer touchpoints to support adoption, engagement, and a cohesive customer experience
- Track and report on go-to-market performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption. Partner with Data to analyze results and identify opportunities for optimization
Requirements
- 2+ years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B or B2B2C tech company, ideally supporting SMB-focused products
- You’ve supported launches or campaigns that drove awareness, adoption, or engagement
- You’re a strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- You’re data-curious, comfortable interpreting performance metrics, and eager to learn from results
- You’re highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- You care deeply about the customer and are excited to bring their voice into your work
- You have a bias for action, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that drives the business forward.
