About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function and play a key role in shaping business decisions
- Partner closely with the CFO and Exec team driving financial strategy, planning, and performance insights
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Ensure financial clarity and insights for smart decision-making
- Drive process improvements, strengthen tools and models, and enable scalable working
- Lead scenario analysis and risk assessments for strategic decisions
- Own and drive the annual budgeting process
- Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, costs, cash flow, and capital requirements
- Lead quarterly reforecasting and rolling forecasts
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Provide high-quality reports and presentations for leadership and Board meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance in a complex organisation
- Advanced financial modelling skills and experience with multi-scenario planning
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business insights
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence decision-making at senior level
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organisation
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
