About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the vision, drive execution, and shape how marketing contributes to business growth
Own and lead the entire marketing function, including a team of ~15 people
Give the marketing team clear priorities and focus
Ensure marketing activity is well planned and aligned with launches and relevant industry events
Develop and coach the marketing team, setting clear expectations and ways of working
Challenge existing ways of working where needed, without breaking what already works
Build a culture of focus and ownership within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing, CMO or similar)
Academic background in marketing or a similar field
Background in iGaming (supplier experience is a strong plus)
A proven track record of delivering results in similar roles
Strong decision-making ability and confidence to drive change
High execution capability: you get things done
Nice to have Agency background (used to pitching and driving ideas end-to-end)
Hands-on experience across brand, events, social, PR, and communications
