About the role

  • Own and maintain integrations between finance systems and related platforms (ERP, HR systems, BI, and reporting tools).
  • Act as the primary contact point for system providers and implementation partners.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency across the finance organisation.
  • Ensure efficient processes and maintain strong cost discipline across finance operations.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in financial data flows across systems.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools.
  • Help structure documentation and data models required for integrations.
  • Work closely with finance leadership to improve processes and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • Experience working with systems, integrations, data, or automation
  • Solid understanding of financial data and accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and APIs/data flows
  • A strong interest in automation and process improvement
  • Ability to connect finance and technology in a practical way
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset: you don’t just spot problems, you solve them
  • Interest or experience in AI-driven automation is a plus
  • Experience with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, or similar platforms is a plus, with an understanding of how HR data and processes integrate with finance systems
