About the role
- Define the long-term roadmap for data extensibility offerings
- Lead the team in connecting with customers to identify pain points
- Advocate for developer and end user personas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Define key success metrics for adoption and performance
- Craft and shape the product strategy
- Communicate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders
- Manage effectively via Objectives and Key Results
- Discover and propose solutions for user and customer needs
- Craft adoption and enablement strategies
- Lead research for build/buy/partner decisions
- Own the operation of the portfolio
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or working closely with product managers
- 3+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports
- Proven track record of quantifiable, measurable impact with championing custom data/workflows
- Strong technical fluency
- Experience building highly customizable data platform experiences
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Familiarity and comfort with data analysis
- Strong tactical execution ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
