Identify risks, emerging threats, and industry trends to inform long-range security planning.
Establish metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure and report on security posture and program maturity.
Champion a security-by-design mindset across the enterprise.
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security team while partnering with other security areas.
Drive operational excellence through structured processes, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee security program roadmaps, annual planning, staffing needs, and budget management.
Create enterprise detection and response capabilities by overseeing proper onboarding and configuration of security agents and tooling.
Execute enterprise vulnerability management programs, ensuring timely remediation of weaknesses.
Manage enterprise security tooling and technologies, ensuring the stack is integrated, optimized, and delivering measurable value.
Own and evolve security policies, standards, and guidelines to meet internal and external requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security, preferably in a high-security environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to communicate security risks and strategies to executives and non technical audiences.
Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Zero Trust).
Proven experience in managing multiple security initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in security management, business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience working in a SaaS, cloud-native, or regulated environment operating on a global scale.
Experience in the legal space and with a high understanding of e-discovery and litigation.
Certifications a plus, such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CCSP, or similar.
