Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
4+ years managing software development teams
10+ years of experience in commercial-grade software development
Experience leading remote teams
Strong knowledge of: Modern programming languages and object-oriented programming, High-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems, Cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other automation tools
Proven success leading SaaS or PaaS products
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
