Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 4+ years managing software development teams
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial-grade software development
  • Experience leading remote teams
  • Strong knowledge of: Modern programming languages and object-oriented programming, High-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems, Cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
  • Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other automation tools
  • Proven success leading SaaS or PaaS products
  • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
