About the role

  • Technical leader shaping cloud-native structured storage for RelativityOne
  • Drive technical vision, design, and implementation of scalable, resilient, high-performance data storage services
  • Work with technologies like CosmosDB, Azure Parquet, ADLS, CockroachDB, TiDB, Snowflake
  • Join Infrastructure Services group, Structured Storage team delivering storage building blocks
  • Lead architecture, mentoring, cross-functional alignment, and platform roadmap
  • Promote design patterns, governance, and evaluate emerging storage technologies
  • Advise senior engineering and product leadership on technical decisions

Requirements

  • 7 + years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend, distributed systems, or data platform development
  • 4 + years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native storage solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Proven experience with at least one modern , large-scale data technology (e.g., CosmosDB , Snowflake, ADLS, Parquet, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, consistency models, partitioning, and query optimization in distributed systems
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
  • Experience designing production-grade APIs and integrating data services into enterprise applications
  • Experience with multiple structured storage paradigms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with IaC, Kubernetes, serverless data architecture (preferred)
  • Track record of leading platform-level architecture and strategy decisions at scale (preferred)
  • Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments (preferred)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
