About the role
- Work exclusively with new clients.
- Qualify inbound leads from ads, Capterra, partners, and referrals.
- Own and maintain the new business sales pipeline, including deal stages, follow-ups, and forecasting.
- Coordinate proposals, pricing options, and the NDA and contract process.
- Prepare deals and materials to support senior sales team members during negotiations.
- Bring structure, clarity, and discipline to a new sales process that is still being developed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, IT, or enterprise sales.
- Experience working with longer sales cycles (6–12 months).
- Strong hands-on CRM experience, including pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
- Comfortable operating in an evolving sales environment and capable of organizing processes within the first 90 days.
- English and Lithuanian language skills required.
