About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for overseeing the technical management of judicial, administrative and extrajudicial proceedings, conducting strategic analyses and proposing defenses aligned with internal guidelines.
Manage deadlines, case movements and liaise with clients and judicial bodies.
Draft procedural documents based on standardized templates, review documents prepared by less experienced colleagues, and attend hearings, court orders and negotiations.
Monitor the cases under your responsibility daily, ensuring compliance with operational workflows and legal deadlines.
Provide guidance to legal team members on low-complexity tasks and contribute to internal training.
Produce strategic reports, conduct legal research and request additional documents to strengthen defenses.
Collaborate with quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001), participate in audits and promote continuous process improvements. Work on data protection and information security by identifying risks and ensuring the integrity of procedures under your responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with active OAB registration;
Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure;
Knowledge of Banking Law;
Experience drafting procedural documents, contracts and agreements;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
