About the role
- Design and govern enterprise IAM strategy
- Implement IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA)
- Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling
- Monitor identity threat landscape
- Collaborate with security engineering and app teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- 6+ years focused on IAM architecture, engineering, or operations
- Expert knowledge of identity standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect,SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos)
- Hands-on experience with major IAM platforms (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles
- Proven ability to design enterprise-scale IAM architectures
- Strong background in threat modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or equivalent
- Master's and/or relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, Azure/AWS security, Okta or SailPoint certifications)
