About the role
- Ensure safe and efficient parking operations across multiple locations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss
- Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports monthly
- Use respectful communication to assist guests and address escalated concerns
- Supervise location management and frontline staff: delegate, coach, monitor performance
- Respond immediately to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
- Monitor and supervise maintenance of facilities and premises
- Recruit, select, train new managers and frontline employees and develop onboarding plans
- Act as main point of contact for clients and property managers; attend location meetings
- Assist in preparation of marketing proposals and work with acquisition/transition teams
- Perform duties in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the parking industry (preferred)
