About the role
- Receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- Entering payments and applications into T2 Flex, the university’s current parking software program
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Assisting patrons during high traffic periods
- Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shifts to ensure drawer balances
- Greet customers entering establishments
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
- Compute and record totals of transactions
- Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
Requirements
