About the role
- The Territory Manager ensures a safe and efficient parking operation, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Responsible for all aspects of operating multiple locations in a specified territory including staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss through theft, error, or carelessness
- Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports monthly and make budget adjustments
- Assist guests with questions, problems, and escalated concerns using respectful communication
- Supervise location management and frontline staff; delegate, coach, monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards
- Respond to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately
- Monitor and supervise maintenance of facility and premises to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Recruit, select, and train new managers and frontline employees and develop onboarding plans
- Act as main point of contact for clients or Property Managers and attend location meetings
- Assist in preparation of marketing proposals and work with Acquisition and Transitions Director for transitions and new account openings
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Occasionally walk around property for extended periods; frequently operate small office equipment; may remain seated for extended periods
- WORKING CONDITIONS: Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments; subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred
