About the role
- Support the Enterprise Transformation Team (Mission Control) in tracking, managing, and reporting on high-impact company-wide initiatives
- Maintain and update Jira boards and workflows for all active Mission Control projects
- Monitor initiative status, flag delays or risks, and escalate issues as needed
- Send timely follow-ups and reminders to project owners, workstream leads, and stakeholders to keep deliverables on track
- Liaise with department heads and project leaders to gather updates and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare summaries, and maintain documentation for steering committees, reviews, and cross-functional syncs
- Draft and send project communications, nudges, and alerts to senior stakeholders
- Engage with executives, EVPs, and business leaders to support visibility and accountability
- Help prepare visual dashboards and reports for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and executive updates
- Develop internal communications content with Department leads and Human Resources
- Scope and coordinate micro-learnings (attendance, audience, archive, requirements)
- Manage policy and procedure implementation roadmap (archive, training, audit)
- Create, post, and maintain internal comms employee hub pages
- Coordinate company awards communications and processes
- Support townhalls and content coordination from corporate to EVP regional calls
- Monitor and maintain performance consistency on communication channels
Requirements
- Understanding of Agile methodologies or PMO best practices
- Experience tracking KPIs and helping teams adhere to OKRs or transformation milestones
- Ability to create clear and concise reports, summaries, and communications
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation support roles
- 3+ years of internal communications content development experience
- Strong communications background either as a profession or on-job experience within internal communications teams
- Familiarity with the project management tool Jira
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders; professional and confident communicator (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
- Experience in enterprise, tech, or consulting environments is a plus
