About the role

  • Ensure safe and efficient parking operations while delivering service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Assist Operations Manager in staff management: delegating, coaching, developing, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training new employees.
  • Act as point of contact to client or Property Manager; attend meetings and respond to client requests.
  • Monitor facility maintenance to ensure garage/lot is clean, safe, and maintained; supervise maintenance projects.
  • Assist with ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports with Operations Manager.
  • Provide coverage for front line positions as needed.
  • Assist guests with questions and escalated concerns using respectful communication.
  • Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; job description not exhaustive.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
