About the role

Perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operation of the parking facility and exceed customer expectations
General maintenance and repair of parking equipment
Assist with sign installation and removal, litter pick-up and garbage removal
Snow removal and pressure washing as directed
Assist with repair of broken gate arms
Coordinate with property security and the Operations Manager/Shift Supervisor as required
Represent the company in the case of accidents within the facility
Log all issues/events in the log book and bring them to the attention of direct supervisor
Maintain site cleanliness and keep site free of obstacles; track levels of stock and supplies
Control and maintain tools and equipment required to perform duties; make suggestions to improve operations
Act as a front line employee interacting with customers; prioritize tasks with supervisors/manager

Must be organized
Strong command of the English language; be friendly, even tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and communicate effectively
Basic knowledge in the use of pressure washer and power tools and ability to tow a trailer
Ability to operate a snow plow would be an asset
Ability to drive a number of various different types of vehicles (Automatic or Manual Transmission)
Knowledge of various parking related machinery
Previous experience with general repairs and maintenance functions
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic Technical Education
Ability to interact face to face with customers (Service is priority)
Uniforms must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner
Responsible for equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property Manager valued at anywhere from $200.00 up to $50,000
Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and overnight
