About the role
- Processes and projects – You are responsible for the Idea-to-Market process and manage special projects within this process.
- Management – You coordinate sales, product development and quality management for product launches, relaunches, etc., in alignment with company management.
- Strategy – You develop the product strategy and continuously align it with the company's objectives and growth targets.
- Market analyses – You conduct market and trend analyses to identify market opportunities and derive product initiatives.
- New product development – You initiate the development of new products or the relaunch of existing products and oversee successful implementation.
- Product portfolio – You optimize the product portfolio to increase profitability and maintain oversight of product lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Education – You have a degree in food technology or business/economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience – Ideally you have several years of professional experience in product management.
- Software skills – You are proficient with MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP S/4Hana is an advantage.
- Language skills – You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Working style – You have a structured, responsible and goal-oriented way of working and use your instinct for consumer interests and trends.
- Interpersonal skills – You bring excellent communication skills, creativity and strong organizational abilities.
