About the role
- Support the development of the event communication plan
- Assist in creating written content and creative assets for the event
- Track the event promotion/communication schedule
- Assist in managing registrations and communicating with participants
- Support vendor selection and liaise with suppliers
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields (including Agricultural Sciences)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Available to intern 6 hours per day during regular business hours
