About the role
- Enter, update, and organize information in the HubSpot system, ensuring data quality and proper recording of customer interaction history.
- Assist in prospecting, negotiation, and sales processes, supporting the identification of opportunities and contributing to the closing of new business.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, monitoring the customer journey, and strengthening loyalty.
- Populate, track, and maintain control spreadsheets, converting operational data into relevant information to support decision-making.
- Support departmental routine planning by organizing priorities and helping to optimize daily workflow.
- Participate in team meetings, monitor goals and KPIs for the area, and contribute analyses and insights for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Animal Science (Zootecnia), Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, clear writing, and a professional demeanor;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Organized profile, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a multitasking environment;
- Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and responsible.
