About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take full responsibility for marketing the product portfolio of Reguvis Akademie and develop the complete marketing plan for our events.
- You will own end-to-end responsibility for your campaigns: from defining targets and segmentation through channel selection to reporting and optimization—ideally using HubSpot Marketing Hub. In doing so, you will ensure an effective marketing mix, monitor the budget, and prioritize activities according to revenue and company objectives.
- You will monitor the relevant KPIs for all marketing activities, continuously optimize performance, and manage external agencies for SEO, SEA and LinkedIn campaigns.
- You will work closely with product management and the marketing team of the specialist publishing house.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication Studies.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in direct marketing (print and online) and possess solid event marketing expertise.
- You work in a data-driven way: metrics and CRM data form the basis for your informed decisions.
- You bring a structured, independent and analytical working style, strong implementation skills and experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- You are communicative, enjoy working in a dynamic team and demonstrate entrepreneurial and strategic acumen.
