About the role

  • You take responsibility for central administrative and organizational matters — from credit card billing and mobile phone administration to coordinating the office budget.
  • You manage internal workflows and further develop existing processes — with the aim of establishing standards (SOPs) and creating transparency.
  • You organize internal formats and events such as All Hands meetings, the company Christmas party, or B2Run, ensuring smooth execution.
  • You handle organizational aspects of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring structured and professional entry and exit processes.
  • You support internal communication, maintain Confluence content, take minutes in executive meetings, and archive documents in an organized manner.
  • You reliably coordinate suppliers and service providers, support sustainability reporting (ESG), and represent our interests confidently externally.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience (minimum 3 years) in office management, as an assistant, or in an administrative role with independent responsibility.
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel and Word) and a solid understanding of budgets and basic reporting/analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and a commitment to working in a structured and proactive manner.
  • High reliability, discretion, and clear, friendly communication — combined with assertiveness and a solution-oriented approach.
Benefits
  • Work–life balance — shape your workplace and working hours flexibly, including mobile office (remote work) options.
  • Significant scope for influence — you have the opportunity to actively shape processes, structures and systems, creating real relief for yourself, your team and our customers.
  • Personal development — we support your individual development and professional exchange.
  • Culture & collaboration — we foster open communication, short decision paths, and teamwork on an equal footing.
  • Health & well-being — your health matters to us: company physician, health initiatives, and offers such as Urban Sports Club, Gympass, “DuMont bewegt sich” or yoga.
  • Food & mobility — enjoy a fresh canteen, a barista bar, job ticket, company bike scheme (JobRad), and bicycle parking.
