About the role

  • Own and execute integrated demand programs across paid media, ABM, email, webinars, website, syndication, and partner channels
  • Design and scale contact acquisition strategies aligned to priority ICPs
  • Build and optimize full-funnel conversion paths, including landing pages, nurture flows, webinar sequences, and retargeting
  • Lead hosted and third-party webinar strategy and execution, with performance targets tied to pipeline
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR leadership to align on targeting, lead qualification, routing, follow-up SLAs, and feedback loops
  • Continuously analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • Test new channels and acquisition models to improve efficiency and scale
  • Take on ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on DG or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Vendor references within the cybersecurity event and partner ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Prior ex in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in cybersecurity SaaS
  • Strong track record running multichannel campaigns that create qualified pipeline, not just MQL volume
  • Comfortable with HubSpot/Salesforce environment
  • Highly analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards and reporting tools
  • Strong operational rigor — comfortable running programs end-to-end including vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, and reporting
  • Experience operating in high-growth SaaS companies where processes and structure are still evolving
