About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Teach online courses in eight-week sessions or on campus if required.
Facilitate highly engaging lectures, discussions, video interactions, and cases.
Participate in course discussions and group activities that meet course objectives.
Grade student assignments and provide detailed, student-specific feedback and guidance.
Return work in a reasonable time after it is submitted.
Hold office hours for students on a by-appointment basis.
Populate the learning management course shell with updated syllabus, assignment due dates, gradebook and other materials before the course begins.
Work closely with the department chair or program director to ensure Regis policies and expectations are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctoral degree or masters degree in management, project management, or similar discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning
Experience teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students using interactive and engaging methods
