About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefits analysis
Work with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail
Formulates and defines specifications for moderately complex operating software programming applications
Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devises computer programs
Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution
Prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts
Encodes, tests, debugs and installs the operating programs and procedures
Reviews progress and evaluates results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and six (6) years related experience
Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years experience
May require on call support rotation after hours and/or weekends
Banking or financial services industry experience
Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
Previous Project Management and testing experience
