About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides general administrative support to Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking
Assists Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships
Acts as a point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests
Attends weekly scheduled meetings with Relationship Manager(s) to discuss workflow items
Provides reports for Relationship Manager(s)
Facilitates and manages credit application workflow
Manages post-closing requirements
Acts as a liaison between Credit Products and the Commercial Team
Opens new deposit products for clients
Maintains consistent data integrity for relationship team’s client accounts
Provides support if assigned for clients in specialized business segments
Assists Relationship Manager(s) with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of banking or client support experience
Or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general banking experience
Ability to lead and mentor others
Ability to partner with various internal partners across the organization
Ability to research, analyze data and derive facts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Excellent work ethic and self-motivation
