About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides general administrative support to Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking
- Assists Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships
- Acts as a point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests
- Attends weekly scheduled meetings with Relationship Manager(s) to discuss workflow items
- Provides reports for Relationship Manager(s)
- Facilitates and manages credit application workflow
- Manages post-closing requirements
- Acts as a liaison between Credit Products and the Commercial Team
- Opens new deposit products for clients
- Maintains consistent data integrity for relationship team’s client accounts
- Provides support if assigned for clients in specialized business segments
- Assists Relationship Manager(s) with miscellaneous administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of banking or client support experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general banking experience
- Ability to lead and mentor others
- Ability to partner with various internal partners across the organization
- Ability to research, analyze data and derive facts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivation
