Independently manage projects of medium to large scale that are significant in scope
Ensure projects remain on time/within budget, certifying project goals and success markers are met
Collaborate with project teams, functional owners, and project sponsors to achieve specific business outcomes
Define, develop, and manage overall project plans
Manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and deliver risk mitigation plans
Guide teams through project structuring, problem definition, issue identification, and resolution development
Draft project ready project deliverables with minimal review
Apply project management tools to successfully manage projects
Maintain ownership of timelines and deliverables during all phases of a project
Identify, engage, and partner with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes
Manage technology projects related to network upgrades, hardware installations, software and app development, data management and large scale system replacements
Provide project and departmental status reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related degree
Four (4) years of project management experience
Banking or financial services experience (preferred)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Ability to create and deliver influential large-scale project communications
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Relevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines
Familiarity with the Kanban approach, utilizing Jira and Confluence toolsets
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
