About the role

  • Lead the in-house creative studio at Regions Bank and translate brand vision into locally-relevant campaigns
  • Lead and inspire a diverse creative team of writers, designers, and content creators
  • Develop and execute integrated multimedia campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
  • Oversee creative strategy for local campaigns, sponsorship activations, point-of-sale, community engagement and support collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency across branch materials and digital assets
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to align creative vision with business objectives
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and creative workflow processes
  • Present creative concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field and eight (8) years of creative leadership experience, with proven agency background (external or in-house)
  • High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of creative leadership experience, with proven agency background (external or in-house)
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful regional/local market campaigns
  • Strong understanding of financial services marketing landscape
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Proficiency in creative software and project management tools
  • Proven success in multi-media campaigns (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial services compliance (e.g., Reg E, Reg DD, UDAAP) and ability to write clear, legally sound disclosures (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine creative concepts based on results
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data-driven personalization
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
