About the role
- Provides sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients
- Prepares for and executes on Sales activities including account structures and pricing proformas
- Participates in the production of presentation decks
- Completes client research to aid in the success of Treasury Management proposals
- Researches product information in response to client inquiries
- Manages new client onboarding experience
- Serves as primary escalation point for client support
- Ensures reporting is complete, timely and accurate
- Collaborates with Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years prior banking, sales or sales support experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferences)
- Bilingual (Preferences)
- Understanding of Working Capital (Preferences)
- Ability to partner with various internal partners across the organization
- Ability to research, analyze data and derive facts
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and track assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
