About the role
- Manages the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure within the organization
- Configures, installs, maintains, and upgrades server applications and hardware
- Provides advanced technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware
- Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status, and downtime procedures
- Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering, and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems
- Provides strategies that focus on business initiatives and increasing overall customer satisfaction
- Participates in continuous improvement projects on occasions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and eight (8) years of related experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of related experience
- One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Banking/financial industry experience
